Home Support

The Home Supports Program was designed to assist individuals with developmental disabilities to reach the highest potential in a home-based environment.

The goal of the Home Supports Program is to teach the invidiuals we serve the necessary skills to improve their home life and independence in areas that include (but are not limited to): cooking, shopping, cleaning, home management, financial management, as well as health and wellbeing programs. This program also offers support in the coordination of medical and dental appointments.
